Quivera Enterprises, LLC (Quivera) will manage and support Iscani as its newest addition in a line of successful Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a)certified businesses that provide a broad range of professional services. Southwind Construction Services (Southwind), a long-time construction industry leader, has the approval of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to mentor Iscani with a formal mentor protégé relationship. Together Southwind and Iscani will provide general contracting, construction management, and design-build as core areas of expertise. As well as provide services for industrial, commercial, and
